Campaign Setup & Delivery Process
An advertiser will contact you within 24 business hours of receiving your payment to collect your website information & confirm your website promotion campaign start date. If you do not receive this email please contact us.
Each week during your website promotion campaign you will receive a "Campaign Update" email which will include URL's to your most recent ad posts and other important information about your website promotion campaign. You may contact your advertiser at any time for an update or to answer any questions that you may have. We guarantee a response within 1 - 2 hours during normal business hours, M-F 9am - 5pm EST.
When your website promotion campaign has been completed you will receive a detailed "Campaign Completion" email for your records.
