CS Enterprises offers refunds on all promotional services on a pro-rata basis.  Refunds on delivered services are not granted unless otherwise stated in a service description.

Popunder Website Traffic Refunds

Refunds are given on a pro rata basis for popunder campaigns.  If you are unhappy with the results of your popunder traffic campaign you may request a refund at any time prior to the campaigns completion. A refund will be granted within 24 hours for all unused popunder credits.  Credit usage is based on the stats we provide ONLY.

Guaranteed Signup Refunds

Signups are guaranteed to be US based (verified by IP address) with deliverable email addresses. If you are unable to contact a signup via the email address given, please contact us for an account credit.

Refunds are given on a pro rata basis for signup campaigns.  If you are unhappy with the results of your signup campaign you may request a refund at any time prior to the campaigns completion.  A refund will be granted within 24 hours for all unused signup credits.  Credit usage is based on the stats we provide ONLY. Email Marketing Refunds

100% refund will be granted if requested before the first blast.

50% refund will be granted if requested before the second blast.

No refunds are granted after the second blast.

Backlink Building Refunds

100% refund will be granted if requested before backlinks begin indexing in Google search results.

No refund will be granted after backlinks begin indexing in Google search results

7 & 30 Day Promotion Package Refunds

Refunds are given on a pro rata basis for 7 & 30 promotion campaigns.  If you are unhappy with the results of your promotion campaign you may request a refund at any time prior to the campaigns completion.  A refund will be granted within 24 hours for all unused promotion days.

365 Day Promotion Package Refunds

Refunds are only given within the first 30 days for full year promotion packages.  If you are unhappy with the results of your promotion campaign you may request a refund at any time prior to the completion of month one.  A refund will be granted within 24 hours for all unused promotion months. Refunds will not be granted after the completion of month one. URL's may be changed once per campaign in the event that a website becomes inactive or inaccessible. 

*Refund Requests for Packages w/ FREE BONUSES

If your campaign included a free bonus and the bonus has already been delivered at the time of your refund request, the total value of the bonus will be deducted from your refund amount.
